Release of a new product "HAN"

We are proud to announce the release another product to the Ebiken line of quality shrimp products, Ebiken Han. Han(繁) in Japanese means many/ in great numbers. This product contains many beneficial bacteria in dormant form along with a special mix of Fungi specifically for shrimp. This product is intended to be used in conjunction with Ei (栄). Both these products combined, "Han Ei" (繁栄) in Japanese means flourish. This product together is one of, if not the best combination of products for the highest possible survival and growth rate of shrimps (specifically tested with Crystal shrimp). When Han is used, you will see that the shrimps will all gather and continually pick at it and devour it until all is gone. They help with the digestive systems of the shrimps along with increasing its immune system.

Official Launch of the Ebiken Pro Line!

We have all finally arrived to the final stage of development in creating our pro series. We are currently only allowing our appointed distributors to make pre-orders first and will not be able to meet the demands of areas with no distributors until mid-summer.

It was very important for us to put quality above all. Every step of the way with every change we had made we had to go back 1 step in ensuring that the quality isn't compromised with the changes we have made. Every tool will undergo a 9 point inspection before it is sealed in an Ebiken zipper pouch. Each tool will have its own individual zipper pouch. The tools have all been plasma coated to ensure 20+ years of durability. On a side note, even though the cost of production is high for plasma coating, doesn't it just sound cool being that the tool are PLASMA coated? :)

This image shows the design of the pouches of the 8" and 10" wave scissor with and image of the 10" (top) and 8" (bottom) wave scissor. Each wave scissor has has just the right amount of curve to allow ease of cutting your carpet plants.

This image shows one of our most proudest pieces which we have developed. Each Ebiken Pro series tweezers has a fine tipped point with teeth for gripping those small fine plants. Each tweezer also has an indentation where the thumb and index finger can rest comfortably with the help of the finger grips allowing for maximum control.

These scissors are full black titanium and will last you forever! Very comfortable grip and has the maximum sized blade length for the scissor without compromising the springy and cutting ability of the scissor. Each scissor is quality inspected before it receives our seal of approval to be sent to our valued customers! These fantastic spring scissors are available in both 6" and 8". We are still in the process of thinking whether or not to include a limited edition smaller size set of both the straight and curved version for wabikusa enthusiast! Stay tuned! more to come!

Project Porsche Rack Build...... part 2

The rack has now been painted with a black waterproof paint and tanks are all in with the central water system for the 3 x 75gallon tanks and the central air system for all the tanks.

Project Porsche Rack Build...... part 1

Made a promise.... made a challenge.... to complete the frame in 1 day of a rack that measured 161" across holding 21 tanks..... did I do it??? You be the judge of that....


Started by getting 40 pieces of 2"x4"x8' the day before and then got home and unloaded and got an early start on some much needed sleep....

Not a Porsche... just a Rav4

OH and not to mention the day before we basically didn't sleep to have this ordered prepped to ship to Calgary... 

Today(Nov4th) at 3:30-4 a.m. I woke up and started cutting the wood to be prepped and brought to location to assembly....

Once almost finished cutting it was time to head to Home Depot to get some wood for the base and some boxes of deck screws! LOAD ER' UP!

Once we reach location of where new system is to be installed.... we begin....

Darn those support legs..... such tedious angle screwing work...

Finally....

Porsche fits! Now to do the other 2 sides with central air and water system.

What's up?.....

I'm very happy with the new system for the shipping facility at Ebiken Studio. It has been much easier to complete orders and netting out shrimps has been a walk in the park. The only thing I need to do is when I have some free time I need to make more nets so that I can have 1 for every tank.

Finally.... complete!

It's been a long time since I've updated with numerous problems I've had to deal with. This rack should have been done a long time.... well we've finally arrived to completion with all tanks up and running. Please enjoy the pictures as I've enjoyed very much the building of this rack system.
